At Regional Appraisals Inc. we have been serving clients in the Niagara region since 1981.

Our President John A. Corney, DAR, has been a Real Estate Appraiser since 1984. During that time John has developed a knowledge of the local market that cannot be surpassed, taking pride in offering a high quality service to all our clients.

Regional Appraisals Inc. are fully qualified to service all of your residential appraisal needs. We are available to provide reliable service to yourself and your clients quickly and efficiently at prices which we believe you will find to be very competitive.

We offer our services throughout the Niagara Peninsula and some areas of Haldimand.

All appraisers at Regional Appraisals Inc. are members in good standing of either the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC) and/or the Canadian National Association of Real Estate Appraisers (CNAREA).

We abide by strict professional standards at all times and each appraiser is bonded and insured by their respective Professional Liability Insurance plans.
